Vista Verde

A Blakstad designed six bedroom south-west facing home conveniently positioned to Santa Eulalia and set in secluded countryside. The project consists of existing building that will be removed and reformed to create an elegant home set out over two levels. The main floor enjoys a lateral layout with attention to restore double-heighted tower bedroom.

The living room with 4m high ceilings and large timber-framed glass doors has been designed to invite an excellent quality of natural light. Through the doors open to the terrace and this space is light and breezy in the summer months and designed with modernity to be a comfortable and warm home in the cooler months.

The pool is a centre-piece of the design with pergolas constructed from local Sabina wood and extensive stone walls. One of the pergolas is designed for a refuge from the summer sun and the other with pendant lighting and large outdoor dining table makes for the perfect pavilion for lunches and dinners. Extensive landscaping is planned to give the home a terraced garden of shrubs and mature trees to connect with the surrounding pine forests and far-reaching view to the sea.

All bedrooms will be en-suite with direct garden access and privacy. Three bedrooms are to be built or reformed in the Main House and two independent self-contained apartments with kitchenette and living spaces are built as annex.
