Akasha Heritage is perfectly positioned in an area of solitude and natural beauty. The house is distributed over several buildings and with a full tourist licence it is a home popular with holidaymakers wanting to escape the city bustle and recharge in a calm and soothing atmosphere. The home has sustainability at its core and the owners have paid meticulous attention to connection with the elements of earth, air, light and water. Ecological themes are present in the interiors. The whitewashed walls and polished natural stone create an excellent space to express an impressive collection of tribal curiosities and objet d’art. These motifs are continued in the 8.000m2 of natural forest, zen gardens and far-reaching mountain-to-sea views.

The twenty-two meter salt-water infinity- pool features natural stone paving and a mosaic green tiling which creates an aesthetic completely in-keeping with the coastal vernacular. The pool is solar heated with ambient lighting emanating warmth for evening swims throughout the year. Walkways meander through the drought-resistant Mediterranean planting leading to walled, secret gardens with ancient wooden doors and three secluded yoga decks.

Bedrooms are distributed over four separate buildings with each having an individual character. The rooms are designed to offer guests a refuge from communal areas and configured to maximise privacy. The kitchen is made of bespoke wooden cabinetry and this sociable space opens out to the pool terrace, inviting inside an excellent quality of light and inspiring sea and country views.
